Application is easy and can be done on line. WE RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT US FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!

While the process is simple, it requires supporting documentation and the application must be notarized, which can be done in our office. You will need your DD 214 for each period of service, your Ohio driver’s license or proof of residency.

We need your help to identify every veteran or active duty member who is eligible for this bonus. Please help us make sure that no veteran who should receive this bonus goes unidentified. Remember—we don't have that magical list of all veterans and their service dates. We depend on those of you who read this to help us out. Once again—PLEASE—help us get our veterans their bonus!
