The Court will remain in session and will make the necessary accommodations for litigants, witnesses, attorneys and their health and safety.

Common Pleas Clerk of Courts will be offering E filing for all case types! To
get started, attorneys must register as an E filing User with the Hancock
County Clerk of Courts utilizing the link and directions below.
Pro Se Litigants will have E filing options at a date to be determined.
